Sharmine Narwani is a Senior Associate Fellow at St. Antony's College, Oxford University. She also writes for the Huffington Post, which currently displays the above tweet on its site:

In case there was any doubt, Ms. Narwani really doesn't like the US:

@dlknowles Oh do stop yr whining just b/c I'm not crying over a white guy who died in the line of duty. Tell it to all the dead brown mamas.

— Sharmine Narwani (@snarwani) September 12, 2012

@TimTomato Why? West sniggered over Ghadaffi's dead body and ignore brown deaths…unless in Syria. Double-standards much?

— Sharmine Narwani (@snarwani) September 12, 2012

@Ibishblog Hussein, what would a House Arab like yourself who backs senseless US wars against Arabs know about being human?

— Sharmine Narwani (@snarwani) September 12, 2012

What I learned today: US overflowing w/ bigoted, misogynistic, ideological freaks. It's why yr govt thinks you are a nat'l security threat.

Clarification: An earlier version of this story referred to Ms. Narwani as an “Oxford Fellow.” St. Antony's College is part of Oxford University, but the colleges operate somewhat autonomously. Therefore, it is more precise to refer to her as a “St. Antony's Fellow.”
